I often assign “Powerful Actions” between sessions. This could include taking a quiet walk, journaling about a question, embarking on a tough conversation, or something else to support your growth & transformation.
Investment starts at $350/month for 1:1, and goes up for couples facilitation. I ask for a 3-4 month minimum commitment (for you to see the kind of progress you desire!)
