Hi! I'm Catherine....

Gender roles have always bugged me. 

Back in college, I did a research paper on Halloween costumes for children and was floored. For boys? Scary, violent & tough costumes, like ninjas + ghouls. For girls? Lots of pretty princesses + caring professions. 

So many of the disparities for adults come from outdated gender roles. And it starts so early…

So I founded Think or Blue, where I help parents raise kids outside of the pink-and-blue box to be self-confident & authentic.

But, as adults, we struggle, too. Even with a super supportive spouse at home, there were days that I juggled the breast pump, daycare drop-offs + late hours at work, feeling like it could all come crashing down if one thing went wrong.

After seeing so many moms in my community struggle with burnout & resentment, I became a certified Fair Play Facilitator. With these tools, I help drained parents implement systems that truly work to balance out the mental load & rediscover their passions and purpose

FAQ

Q: What are the dates?

A: The bootcamp goes from November 11-14. For the first 3 days, you'll receive a mini-training each day. The final bonus training will take place LIVE on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 10am ET. We encourage you to fully commit to the 4 days, so that you take powerful, intentional action to change things at home!

Q: How do I access the teachings?

A: Each day, you will find a new video in a members-only portal at 10amET. After you register, you'll receive a link to the portal. You can watch it when it's released, or later in the day, if you need to. If something comes up & you can't come to the final bonus training live, don't worry - we'll house it in the portal afterward.

Q: Is this only for women?

A: No. While we will talk about socialization of women and girls and gender roles that impact, UNLOAD the Mental Load is open to any person who feels like the default household manager. It is not intended for couples to attend together. (Email me for couples-specific resources.)

Q: Do I have to be on social media?

A: Nope! All the trainings will be saved in a members-area that you can access. I’ll send you an email each day when the trainings are available. You'll also have access to a private community group where you can connect with others & share action steps you've taken on each day of the bootcamp. Accountability, baby!

Q: How much time does this require each day?

A: About 20-25 minutes. I'm packing in the info to be short + sweet, with your busy schedule in mind. The 4th day bonus training will go a little longer - about 35 minutes of learning + 15-20 minutes of Q&A, for a total of 50-60 minutes.

Q: What is the investment?

This bootcamp is $37, which gives you 4 days of trainings with a certified Fair Play Facilitator, group Q&A, and a private community to help you make progress. This bootcamp is non-refundable. See terms and conditions here.

Q: I'm busy. How am I supposed to find the time for this?

A: You probably wouldn't be reading this page if you had all the free time in the world. If you feel flooded by your TO-DO lists, that's the very reason why you should come. I'm going to help you find a different way of doing things - - one that will minimize the hectic, busy lifestyle.
