Hi! I'm Catherine....

Gender roles have always bugged me. 

Back in college, I did a research paper on Halloween costumes for children and was floored. For boys? Scary, violent & tough costumes, like ninjas + ghouls. For girls? Lots of pretty princesses + caring professions. 

So many of the disparities for adults come from outdated gender roles. And it starts so early…

So I founded Think or Blue, a movement to support children to thrive in a world free from gender stereotypes. Now I coach caregivers to unravel old gender roles so that children can be proud of who they are.

But, as adults, we struggle, too. Even with a super supportive spouse at home, there were days that I juggled the breast pump, daycare drop-offs + late hours at work, feeling like it could all come crashing down if one thing went wrong.

After seeing so many moms in my community struggle with burnout & resentment, I became a certified Fair Play Facilitator. With these tools, I help drained parents implement systems that truly work to balance out the mental load & rediscover their passions and purpose

FAQ

Q: How much does this cost?

A: It’s free! Come on in and share it with a burned out friend who could use a boost. 

Q: What if I can't attend live?

A: Showing up live will get you the best experience. Plus, we’ll have some cool prizes for people who show up live & do each day’s assignment. (Yippee!)  BUT, if this time doesn’t work for your schedule or time zone, sign up anyway and you’ll get access to all the replays. 

Q: Is this only for women?

A: No. While we will talk about socialization of women and girls, this challenge is open to any person who feels like the default household manager. This challenge is not intended for couples to come together. (I have other trainings for couples.)

Q: Do I have to be on social media?

A: All the live trainings will happen in a private Facebook group. I’ll send you 2 emails each day: one reminder to come join us + one recap of the assignment and replay.

Q: How long is each day of the challenge?

A: About 20 minutes! (30 max.) I'm packing in the info to be short + sweet, with your busy schedule in mind. Stay tuned for a possible bonus training and Q&A.

Q: I'm busy. How am I supposed to find the time for this?

A: You probably wouldn't be reading this page if you had all the free time in the world. If you feel flooded by the to-dos, that's the very reason why you should come. I'm going to help you find a different way of doing things - - one that will minimize the hectic, busy lifestyle.
